An Atlantic County jury found a former Margate City lifeguard liable for sexually assaulting the woman for over four years, beginning when she was 15 years old. Rachel Neufeld-Del Rossi accused Steven Allen Chasens of grooming and sexually assaulting her beginning in the summer of 1979 while Chasens was a lifeguard in Margate City, Del Rossi’s attorney Jeffrey P. Fritz said.
