2025 National Crime Victim Bar Association Annual Conference

The 2025 NCVBA Annual Conference will be held from September 3-5th, 2025 in Orlando, FL. 

The National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA) National Conference provides essential, cutting-edge information on current legal subjects, as well as offers important resources and litigation strategies that attorneys need to best represent crime victims. Held in conjunction with the National Training Institute of the National Center for Victims of Crime, this annual gathering brings together up to 1,000 victim advocates, civil attorneys, criminal justice professionals, and law enforcement officers to share their knowledge and experience across disciplines.

Conference Information

Early bird registration will be available from March 3rd through April 30th. Standard registration will be available from May 1st through August 1st. Late registration will be available from August 2nd through the conference end.

The 2025 NCVBA Conference will be taking place at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The room rate is $140/night plus taxes and fees. More information about the room block will be available in spring 2025.

Virtual attendance will not be available for the 2024 conference. We understand this may cause some difficulties for individuals, but we hope you can join us in person!

All NCVBA Conference attendees will be asked to sign a waiver ahead of the conference. Vaccinations and negative tests are not required for this year’s conference.

The 2025 Agenda will be made available in spring 2025.
