Virginia cop who murdered a family after “catfishing” a young teen, was hired by two VA law enforcement agencies after past records showed a judge stripped him of his gun rights and he had failed his mental health exam. NCVBA member Dave Ring will be suing the two Virginia law enforcement agencies involved.
