(Defendants – Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges and Chadron State College); Title IX violations; state tort claims; $900,000 – monetary terms; significant non-monetary terms – suicide prevention trainings, annual confidential technical assistance regarding Title IX-related policies/procedures/practices for 3-years, scholarship to member of women’s softball team for at least 10 years, physical memorial commemorating victim’s life on campus, College’s current President to send the Plaintiffs a letter of condolence acknowledging plaintiff’s life and death, permit three family members access to the dorm room with privacy, return plaintiff’s softball glove and jerseys, joint statement on gender equity issues
