In order to refer cases, the National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA) must have an update to date Attorney Referral Service (ARS) Contract from each participating attorney. We are currently in the process of renewing all member’s contracts. If you are having any issues signing the document below, or would like a physical copy of the contract, please email Christa at candersen@victimsofcrime.org. If you have any questions regarding the content of the contract, please reach out to Renee at rwilliams@victimsofcrime.org. Please make sure to fill out this form in its entirety, including uploading your proof of your malpractice insurance. If we do not have an updated, complete contract on file, we will not be able to refer cases to you.
